The doctor will then meet with you for a comprehensive medical examination, review results and provide an individualised report based on your unique, specific risk factors.
- Report: We will send you a copy of the final report for your records and if necessary for individuals to provide to their own GP.
- Where is the health check conducted?

- Is participation in the OMH Executive Health Check voluntary?
Participation by business executives is voluntary and participants generally find it’s a great investment of time.
- What preparation is required before my doctor’s appointment and assessment?
At the time of scheduling your appointment, you will receive an electronic questionnaire to complete and two referrals to undertake pathology and radiology tests. You are required to have your pathology and radiology tests completed prior to your assessment. Special requirements including fasting for tests will be explained by our OMH team at the time of scheduling your appointment. This should be completed at least 7 days prior to your appointment.
- How do I set up the health assessment?
OMH Executive Health staff will contact you upon recommendation by your employer.
- Do I continue to take existing medication prior to testing?
Yes, it’s important you continue to take prescribed medication. If any of the fasting instructions conflict with existing medication(s) instructions, please consult your doctor or specialist prior.
- Can I reschedule or cancel my health assessment?
We understand that circumstances change, and you may be unable to attend your appointment. Please contact OMH Executive Health and request to cancel or reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. Please allow notice 24 hours prior wherever possible.
- What happens if there are concerns or abnormalities with my test results?
If there are unexpected results the OMH Executive Health doctor will advise you and provide correspondence for you to share with your GP. Should you not have a GP, OMH Executive Health staff may recommend a GP or appropriate specialists who may be able to assist further.
- Why is there no Stress Echo Cardiogram but there is a CT Calcium score assessment?
In consultation with leading cardiologists for an executive health screen, a CT Calcium score was selected as a superior diagnostic test for risk factor analysis, for executives of all ages. If you are symptomatic or there are risk factors identified as part of the testing process your GP may refer you to a Cardiologist, or for a stress echocardiogram.
